This year Miyabi celebrates its 20th anniversary, being opened 5. May 1955.
For all of you who still don’t know where to find this unique Japanese restaurant, it is located in the Prague city center, close to Karlovo Náměstí.
When you visit Miyabi you will notice its simple and elegant interior, decorated with natural elements including green bamboo and a stone path, a true Japanese oasis where you will really feel like being in a far Asia.
Miyabi can pride themselves with a diversity of sushi where you can choose maki or nigiri rolls and sashimi, tasty tempura dishes or tempting teriyaki dishes, salads and much more.
They also offer a monthly degustation offer where you’ll find slices of halibut fried to golden, coated in panko bread-crumbs, marinated tender salmon in dill, sushi roll with vegetables coated in egg yolk crumbs and decorated with tobiko caviar, egg roll with white fish, potato salad in Japanese style and a dessert.
You have to try their green tea tiramisu, green tea sorbet and wagashi and do not forget to have a famous Japanese green tea or saké.
If you love Asian food but would prefer a bit more privacy, Miyabi also offers three pleasant tatami rooms where you can peace and quiet.
